Aqua Yoga

Aqua Yoga is an up and coming way to experience your yoga practice by taking it into the water. The water provides support and offloading for challenged joints so yogis who’ve had to give up a land practice can return. Aqua Yoga also challenges experienced yogis to take their practice deeper. All practitioners benefit from the restorative, soothing properties of the water for increased relaxation. Who teaches this style of yoga?
