I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500) with eight years of teaching experience, a Reiki Master, and a certified energy and sound healing facilitator. My diverse background allows me to take a holistic approach to wellness, addressing all aspects of the mind, body, and spirit.

In addition, I am a certified clinical hypnotherapist with a specialization in both medical and spiritual hypnosis. I am a member of esteemed organizations such as the International Association of Counselors and Therapists (IACT), the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association (IMDHA), and the International Hypnosis Federation (IHF), and I’m committed to providing the highest quality care to my clients.

Yoga has been supporting my path for over 20 years. I found deep meaning in the yogic philosophy, which profoundly resonates with my beliefs. I am immensely grateful for all the teachings I was blessed with during these years. I humbly feel that my way to retribute all the benefits I received from different teachers is by passing them along to others, promoting this positive ripple effect of propagating love, peace, and happiness.

Private sessions are wonderful for those looking for individualized attention and guidance. They are very effective if you are recovering from an injury, have specific physical limitations, or want a practice tailored to your expectations and needs. The classes can be designed for all ages and levels of experience. I offer different styles: Hatha, Vinyasa, Yoga Basics, Gentle Yoga, Power Yoga, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga, and Chair Yoga. Small groups option available. I also offer classes for kids, teens, seniors, and family yoga.

Yoga classes can be blended with energy and breath work, as well as hypnotic suggestions (hypno-yoga).
