Easing Into Movement: A Chair Yoga Class for Those Experiencing Chronic Illness or Pain Join through Button below:

  • This Class is Online through Learn It Live
  • Experience a FREE wind-down-for-bed chair yoga class especially for those in pain or recovering from illness.
  • Please join me for my debut on the Learn It Live platform and learn some yoga and meditation techniques to help you begin to move again.

What you need:

  • Chair without rollers or arms
  • A yoga strap (a bathrobe tie will do!)
  • Nonskid floor or yoga mat

Who is this class for?

  • Whether you are recovering from cancer, COVID19, or another illness or suffer from chronic pain, this class if for you.
  • Knowing that by evening you may be feeling especially tired, this class will be very gentle and geared toward calming the nervous system down so that you can sleep.
