Bikram

By Jeanne Wolfe

Bikram Choudhury’s yoga is hot, hot, hot, so be prepared to sweat, sweat, sweat. Founder Bikram Choudhury studied yoga with Bishnu Ghosh, brother of Paramahansa Yogananda.

Chair Yoga

By Jeanne Wolfe

Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support. Often the poses, or Asanas, are adaptations of other Hatha yoga poses. Who teaches this style of yoga?
