I use mindfulness meditation, yoga, sound healing & breathwork to guide people to connect fully with themselves. My compassionate approach is focused on helping others find ease in their lives. I am located in Tampa and incorporate Hatha/Traditional Yoga style into my practice.
About Stacy
I’ve been practicing yoga for over 20 years and had my own studio for 4 years before moving to Florida in 2015. Since then, I have taught individuals, workplaces, and teams, including the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
I offer private 1:1 and private small-group yoga sessions by appointment.
My mindful approach to yoga focuses on the slow flow, tuning in to the more meditative aspects of the practice.
