Aqua Yoga Specialist in Florida
I’m the only Aqua Yoga Specialist in Florida, the Program Director for Yoga for Arthritis, and a rheumatology patient personally. I’m a yoga teacher who specializes in making yoga accessible to those with chronic illness on land and in the pool. I combine that training and experience to craft classes that are engaging, fun, and accommodate a diverse group of needs.
