20 Year Yoga Practice

I have a 20 Year Yoga Practice! Through my own teachers and fellow students, I was inspired to become a teacher myself and became certified in 1993 at Life Work Yoga Studio in Clearwater. I have been teaching Hatha Yoga in Pinellas county for 23 years at various locations: studios, churches, community centers and private classes.

Current Teaching Location

I currently teach at Belleair Community Center on Thursday evenings, 7 pm to 8:30 pm.

I have been an active participant with the Florida Yoga Teachers Association. I am now an FYTA Board Member.
