Sherri Keenan Yoga Practice in Tampa, a Healing Journey
I offer a transformative path through practice. In 2014, I earned my first certification in Herbal Medicine, followed by my RYT200 certification at Yogaville in Virginia and my Reiki Master/Teacher certification in 2015. My journey then took me across the country, from South Dakota to Florida, foraging to Vermont and back to Florida, where I founded Wild Woods Goods. Through this vision and continuing education, I offer trauma-sensitive yoga, somatic breathwork, restorative yoga, candlelight classes, Yin Yoga, family farm yoga and more, all in the Tampa Bay area!
About Sherri Keenan
Originally from South Dakota, my healing journey began in 2009 when I turned to yoga and bellydancing to support my mental and physical health and a life that was literally weighing me down. As I practiced, I found new ways to reconnect with my body and spirit, the hula hoop soon becoming a symbol of that transformation. A call to the shamanic path led me to explore even deeper truths, immersing myself in holistic practices and learning respect from powerful Lakota Traditions and Tribal Elders.
Additional Offerings from Sherri Keenan
Additionally, I offer Cooking Classes, Shamanic journeys, art classed, herbal wellness and a full apothecary to support others on their healing paths. Basically I can help you learn how to make anything you need for in and around your body from your kitchen! I’m honored to hold space for those seeking authenticity, growth, peace, and true connection, knowing each day is a practice and an opportunity to bring love and healing into the world.
