I have been teaching and practicing yoga since 2002, over fifteen years as an experienced Yoga Teacher. I have 200 RYT through YogaFit, advancing into the Yoga Therapy program. My training through YogaFit is basically a blend of Hatha and Ashtanga yoga styles. I am located in St. Petersburg, FL.

I completed the 200 hour teacher training through Yoga Alliance RYT200.
