Jomiryz “Jo” Thomas is RYT500 and is a Certified Accessible Yoga, Trauma Informed and Culturally Competent Yoga, meditation, and Reiki teacher based in Central Florida. She has a Bachelor’s of Science in Alternative Medicine and has been practicing yoga for over twenty years. She teaches through a trauma informed and accessible yoga lens in an effort to bring yoga to anyone who thinks they CAN’T or SHOULDN’T do yoga. In her spare time, you can find her creating vegan recipes for her family of 5.
