I am a yoga teacher in Tavares, and I have been teaching yoga for 12 years.
I have attended the Yoga Journal Conference at Estes Park and the Omega Conference in the Miami area. I have also studied yoga with Erich Schiffmann.
Carolyn Sapp Certifications
I received my 200 hour training from Florida Institute for Integrated Yoga Studies. I received my 500 hour training from Integrative Yoga Therapy. My Yoga Therapist 1000 hours is from IYT too.
